1. The client shares a problem or concern they would like to work on. This can be anything that is causing issues in your life.
2. The practitioner connects to the subconscious of the client and asks questions to determine if there are any trapped emotions.
3. The emotion is identified and usually the age it occurred. Other information will come forward if it is needed to release the trapped emotion.
4. The emotion is then released using a magnet. In a distant session the practitioner will use their body as a proxy to release the trapped emotion.
5. Up to ten emotions can be released in a session. Only the emotions that are ready to release come forward. The practitioner has no control over the number of emotions or what emotions will release.
6. The trapped emotions need one to two days processing time.  During this processing time you may experience: restlessness, find it hard to sleep, or you may sleep really good.
7. After the session, you receive a write up of the emotions that released and any other information that came forward.
